With the majority of the world's population now living in urban centres, it is getting increasingly difficult to escape to the serenity and peaceful bliss of nature. Too often are we focused on "progress and development" that we forget the natural beauty and wonders that Earth has to offer... And even more so, the social and psychological effects that we benefit from through exposure to Green Space.
